Day 1 – Guwahati Arrival: Orientation & Cultural Start
• Arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station.
• Check-in at local guesthouse/eco student hostel.
• Visit Kamakhya Temple or Umananda Island (subject to timing).
• Orientation session introducing Northeast India’s culture, biodiversity, and sustainability themes.

Day 2 – Guwahati → Shillong: Entering the Hills
• Scenic 3.5–4 hour drive to Shillong.
• Stop at Umiam Lake to learn about hydropower and water management.
• Check-in at Shillong student hostel/guesthouse.
• Explore Police Bazaar to observe local urban life.
• Talk by environmental planner: “Balancing Urban Growth & Ecology in Shillong.”

Day 3 – Laitlum Canyons: Nature & Indigenous Wisdom
