Altitude Advisory – Your Health & Acclimatization
High altitude acclimatization is crucial for a safe adventure in Spiti Valley:
• All guests must begin Diamox 250 mg twice daily, starting 3 days before travel and continue for the first 3 days of the trip
• Guests with existing health concerns must consult their doctor before medication
• The itinerary includes a rapid ascent to 14,500 ft, making preventive care essential for avoiding Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS)
